About Special Need Reviews

In 3sysACADEMIC, the Special Needs Reviews function enables you to monitor and update reviews for pupils, as well as search for, view and edit all existing reviews. Depending upon permission settings, you can view, edit and complete a range of tasks via the Special Need Review screen, including the ability to:

  • Add new special need reviews.
  • View and edit existing special need reviews, such as updating the status and adding status notes, and updating IEP notes and outcome notes.

Example: For example, if a pupil is recognised as gifted and talented that pupil might need extra help to achieve their potential.

Note: As with many search screens within 3sysACADEMIC, you are able to utilise views to filter, sort and group the data in different ways. For details, see About Views.

Note: You are also able to export the search results displayed in the grid to Excel, by clicking MS Excel icon. For details, see About Exporting Data to Excel.
